I founded By Any Means Consulting after years of watching brilliant leaders — principals, nonprofit founders, entrepreneurs, creatives — struggle under the weight of their own vision.
I’ve been there: navigating systems, building organizations, leading teams, and carrying the kind of responsibility that can make you forget your own why.
