Meet Our Founder
I’m Antoinette Kane - educator, school founder, and lead strategist behind By Any Means Consulting.
Growing up, it was my own education and confidence as a reader that helped me break statistics and gave me the tools to reimagine what our world could look like.
I began my career teaching elementary students in Brooklyn and later became the founding Head of School for Little Water Preparatory Charter School in Poughkeepsie, where our students outperformed the New York State average in ELA and scored three times higher than the local district.

Those experiences taught me that literacy opens doors, leadership sustains progress, and real change takes root in collective liberation.
I launched By Any Means Consulting to help leaders and communities build the tools, systems, and confidence they need to create thriving, equitable futures—by any means necessary.
